The people who really know what it’s like to suffer from a chronic condition are other patients and caregivers like yourself.
Through years of learning and experience they have a unique understanding of what it's like to live with one or more chronic conditions. They know how it feels to struggle from day to day with no end in sight.
They also know how to make living with a chronic condition more manageable, whether it's a set of easy tips, a new piece of technology or simply a different way of looking at life. They are a great source of help and support.
And that's why they sit right at the heart of our Life Effects program, helping us plan and create our articles, videos and podcasts.
