The strength of collective intelligence

At Teva, we see our diversity as our strength. We tap into our different skillsets, perspectives, expertise, nationalities, and backgrounds to accelerate our innovation in healthcare and discover new ways to make a difference. We know that innovation can come from anywhere and anyone, so we'll always value, encourage and amplify your unique voice.

Think you need a background in the pharmaceutical industry to work with us? Think again.

We believe that talent is found anywhere, which is why we look for it across a range of sectors. It’s how we access a variety of insights, ideas, and experiences that help us continue to grow and succeed as an organization. It’s about broadening our collective intelligence and seeking innovation in all we do.

If you’re looking for a career with purpose and opportunity, where your ideas will be valued, and you can help improve the lives of patients globally - a job with us could be the right move for you.

Helping our communities and each other

Through our passion for health and wellbeing, we're committed to making a difference in the communities we touch around the world – those in which we live and work. We recognize the importance of giving something back. As part of our social impact program, we encourage our employees to participate in one of our many volunteering programs. We give you time off to support humanitarian causes, enabling you to use your skills to benefit others and society. Employees are eligible for 2 volunteer days (in accordance to the Teva Canada Volunteerism Policy). These hours can be used by employees to give back to the community.

“We have been supporting the United Way/Centraide Campaign for several years.  What makes us proud is the way that our colleagues have stepped up to serve on the committee for a fundraising campaign that helps impact fellow Canadians in need. Over the years, Teva Canada employees helped fund more than 1,000 community programs which kept over 2 million people housed, fed, connected and safe.”

“I contacted our local community which we have been supporting with fundraising activities for many years to inquire about the possibility to get the Montreal team together and give back to those in need.  The organization identified a soup kitchen that was preparing a Christmas meal for the homeless and offering gift baskets to those who needed them.  The participation from our team was just AMAZING! We took control of the kitchen – some cooked, some sorted donated food, others were packing the baskets. We definitely felt the “One Teva” spirit - it was a team effort and so rewarding. It is an experience that we will repeat without a doubt”
