Citric Acid
Uses
Citric acid is used for the preparation of acidulous drinks and effervescing draughts and preservation of jams and jellies.

Dosage/directions for use
Directions: To prepare a lemonade beverage, dissolve 1 teaspoonful (3 g) of citric acid in 1 litre of water and add either lemons or essence of lemons. Adjust and sweeten to taste.
Also may be used to increase the acidity when making lemon pies and in the preservation of jams and jellies.

Storage
Store this product between 15oC and 30oC.
